Project LINK - Leaders In Education Networking Kids
     LINK is a project of The Arc of TN and facilitates team-building between families who have students with disabilities, and the schools and educators who serve them.
Virginia Piper, the LINK Chair for Hamilton County, provides mentoring to parents who have children with disabilities who attend Hamilton County Schools and need some assistance with IEP's, etc.  LINK will be meeting during the year and also sponsoring workshops for parents and teachers/professionals.   Collaborating with STEP, LINK provides some of the same workshop information.  Virginia is looking for parents who wish to be involved in helping address issues in the schools and who wish to be part of the solution.
