The TEAM Centers, Inc

The Multi-Specialty Clinic at The TEAM Centers (a 501c3 nonprofit) offers medical, physical, and mental health services for both children and adults with developmental disabilities, including Down Syndrome. No referral required. TennCare and many private insurance companies accepted. This clinic utilizes a team approach to provide individualized treatments. Services include pediatric medicine, occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, cognitive and behavioral therapy by licensed psychologists and counselors, and social work.

The Center for Pediatric Therapy

The Center for Pediatric Therapy, located in Chattanooga, is a specialized outpatient clinic for children with special needs. We provide high quality services to children who have autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, developmental delay, speech delay, and more. We use broad spectrum therapy which allows treatment in one location.
